INGRÉDIENTS


  • 1 pâte à pizza

  • 15 tranches de chorizo

  • 1 poivron rouge

  • 1 oignon

  • 1 tomate fraîche

  • 1 boite de tomate concentrée

  • 1 sachet de cheddar râpé

  • sucre

  • basilic

  • sel, poivre

PRÉPARATION


ÉTAPE 1Préchauffez le four à th.7-8 (220°C).

ÉTAPE 2Pelez et émincez l’oignon. Lavez le poivron et la tomate, puis épépinez-les et découpez-les en menus morceaux.

ÉTAPE 3Dans une casserole huilée, faites suer l’oignon avec le poivron et la tomate 5 min. Retirez du feu, ajoutez le basilic et 1 c. à soupe de sucre. Mélangez, puis répartissez sur la pâte à pizza préalablement déroulée.

ÉTAPE 4Salez, poivrez et répartissez les tranches de chorizo.

ÉTAPE 5Saupoudrez de cheddar et enfournez pour 20 min.
